Wellness gift set.

PRODUCT DESIGN • PACKAGING • PRODUCTION • RETAIL LAUNCH
Designed and developed a wellness-inspired gift set centered around relaxation, aromatherapy, and self-care. Created for seasonal retail programs, the collection combined multiple coordinated products—including a lavender grow kit, pillow spray, eye mask, and scented candle—into a cohesive retail-ready experience.
Challenge
Develop a retail-ready wellness gift set that combined multiple custom components into a cohesive experience while balancing aesthetics, functionality, cost, and manufacturability. Every element—from the planter to the packaging and included accessories—required vendor testing and refinement before production.
Highlights
Developed the complete product concept and packaging system
Tested materials, seeds, soil, and planter construction with manufacturing partners
Designed all printed collateral, including instruction manuals and care labels
Created custom inserts that securely displayed multiple product components
Balanced premium presentation with retail cost targets
My Role
I led the project from concept through production, designing the packaging system, branding, inserts, and supporting collateral while collaborating with manufacturers to source materials, test components, and ensure the final product met quality, budget, and launch timelines.

Outcome
The result was a premium giftable collection that transformed a simple grow kit into a complete relaxation experience. By combining aromatherapy, self-care, and plant cultivation, the product delivered greater perceived value while remaining production-ready for retail.
CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

The project began as a concept exploring how aromatherapy, relaxation, and gardening could be combined into a single giftable experience. The final product remained remarkably close to the original vision while evolving through manufacturing and vendor collaboration.
PACKAGING SYSTEM
The packaging was designed to securely organize multiple components while maintaining a clean retail presentation. Structural layouts, inserts, and artwork were refined through several production rounds to balance protection, assembly efficiency, and shelf appeal.

PRODUCTION ASSETS
Alongside the product and packaging design, I developed the production-ready assets required for manufacturing, including dielines, labels, specifications, and printed collateral.
